If you are a bowhunter, the area has dozens of pinch points that allow for an infinite amount of ambush sites while that record book deer comes into range. There is a pond almost dead center of the property that has a funnel leading to it in two directions with water for all critters to seek. There is also a creek on the northwest side to complement the year-round food and cover on the property. The Olsburg 162 currently has three box blinds on its resume in addition to one spin feeder and one 3,000 pound outback feeder that could tell stories for a month of Sundays of the many deer and even a herd of elk it has seen over the years. All blinds and feeders will convey with the property. The trail camera pictures over time are nothing short of beautiful.
