This Woodson County property deserves your attention, and I will touch on a few of those reasons here, in detail. Like many of you, I can tell a lot about a farm by looking at the aerial. Lets face it; any farm in Kansas with this amount of cover is going to hold deer, and probably big deer. However, that does not mean that you can consistently harvest those deer. Here are a couple things about this farm that stack the odds in your favor. A key component that is often overlooked by land buyers is access to stand sites. On this farm, you will notice that most of the bedding cover is on the west side of the property.
